Central Vacuum Systems Ltd only delivers and ships within Auckland. If you live outside of this area, please visit https://www.beam.co.nz/dealers/ to find your local BEAM agent who will be able to assist you.

The delivery time is anticipated to be within 3-4 working days unless a specific item is out of stock in which case you will be notified via email.

Shipping and delivery costs are free within the Auckland region.

Returns

Central Vacuum Systems Ltd are happy to provide refunds or exchanges should you find your accessory purchase is not suitable. However the following must be adhered to in order to receive a refund or exchange:

• We are notified within 5 working days of your request for a refund or exchange

• All purchased goods must be in original un-used condition and packaging

On the off-chance you have received any order that is incorrect, or if you received damaged or defective accessory, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. Please email us to receive a return address for posting or to arrange pickup.
